The Bang V3 is an incredible piece of kit that provides some seriously deep muscle relief to my quads, calves, glutes and hammys after increasing my running volume to 100km p/w. Recovery determines what we are capable of achieving and this tool is a welcome and top notch addition to my recovery protocol

Great product! It feels of solid quality and the impact intensity is excellent. I now realise how tight my leg muscles have been from running and the cramping I have suffered from as a result. But no more now I am using the Bang. My leg muscles are loose as now and it has transformed my running as a result. Great piece of kit for the athlete and can't recommend it highly enough.

I would never purchased from this company ever again. I ordered in October and it wasn't shipped until December. Absolutely no communication from the company unless I emailed to follow up which I had to do several times. Each time I was told it would be shipped 'soon' I was offered a partial refund for the delay which was never provided. When I finally just asked for a refund, I was refused and the condescending customer service representative told me not to worry, I'd have it in time for Christmas. My early October order. In time for Christmas. What an absolute joke of a company. There are so many products like this on the market, the offering is not unique enough to put up with terrible customer service and months long delays. Spend your money elsewhere.

Sorry but I didn't not have a good experience in purchasing the pro massage gun. However I did eventually receive my gun and I am very pleased with it and I'm glad that I did not run out of patience with the supplier.

after paying for my order late october, i am STILL waiting for it to arrive... sadly my son won't be getting his christmas present... if you had any inkling that your product wouldnt arrive before christmas, then you should never have taken my order and payment in october, that way i would have been able to purchase something else from his wish list.. sad christmas for him...

Took 3 months to arrive. Good product however took fair too long to arrive. They let me purchase the product whilst it was out of stock, I periodically checked the website and they never once put it out of stock on their website! By the time I got it I no longer needed it.

Exactly what I expected.

Initially sent a faulty massage gun. Took 3 months to receive a replacement.

Delivery was over 2 months late with zero communication. The product is fabulous but service leaves a lot to be desired.

Finally arrived, waited almost two months for it to arrive, had to wait fir the next container as there was no more stock, that is how good these massage guns are.

BEWARE This place is a scam. I got scammed.

Opened the gun it didn't work emailed bang and sent them a video of the issue they proceeded to tell me they would send another one but haven't heard from them since it's now been 2 weeks and still waiting

unit failed to run , then I had to request a refund however returning the item at my cost , so not a good look from Bang

Love the BANG massage gun! Great features, great battery life and great bang for buck!! My only vice is that is does get heavy to hold after a full body massage- but without a doubt would recommend this, 10/10 .

These things happen. I received my Bank Massage Gun, followed all the instructions charging for 6 hours first etc. but it simply would not turn on. So I reached out to the Bang Customer Service Team who asked me to send videos (which I did). Once confirmed I was doing everything correctly, they confirmed it was a faulty machine and promptly sent me a complete new one! I've now followed the instructions again and it works perfectly! I particularly love the various attachments (especially the trigger point one for my rock-like shoulders) and it's fabulous. Huge kudos to the customer service team for acting so quickly and turning what could've been a right P.I.T.A. moment to joy! They didn't even make me send it back. Instead I simply put it into our e-waste for recycling. Thank you Bang Team!

This is a great recovery tool. Nice selection of heads. Good power, adjustability and battery life. Really happy with this , especially for the price!

I received the BANG massage gun just in time for my overseas holiday to Paris and through Italy. I've been using it daily amd I've been able to walk more freely than before. I've lived with debilitating pain for several years. I am also taking paracetamol, and, together, this has been a good remedy for my physical issues. It has been a godsend and am so grateful I ordered it in time.

I bought the Bang as a gift for my son who does marathons and tris. He is very pleased with the massager. Was an excellent gift and he uses it regularly.

Thought the massage gun would be good for $149. Started off ok. The charge would last for 20 to 30 minutes. Now I fully charge it, today for 2 hours and the massage lasted 1 minute. On the display it charges to 99, never shows lower increments and then after using it for 1 minute, the display CH. Has been getting worse for the last week.Happy to speak to anyone about the issue because I need a massage gun and want this one to work. We ordered the Bang V1 Massage Gun back in October 2024. It was getting used 4 times per week. The charging ring light is green, which means it is fully charged, but it doesn’t turn on. I emailed Bang on 22 March 2025 and have still heard nothing. I wouldn't waste my money on this product.

I ordered the bang gun pro which came out promptly. Unfortunately it had a fault. However, when I contacted bang about it, they sent out a replacement straight away. Great customer service guys! Also I love the gun!

The parcel arrived in good order. No problems at all with shipping. The device is a good size and now that it is charged it seems to work okay. We have used it on a sore muscle and it seems to be helping. Our main complaint is the lack of instructions. The leaflet that accompanies it has warnings (don't use it in the bath - duh) but no useful instructions, such as what to use it for, what the different heads are supposed to do, etc. Our other complaint is that we now know not to use it on bony/hard areas. As I was hoping it would help with my knee replacement, I am not sure how it will help that if at all. The other issue with it is that it works best if someone else applies it, as it is harder to relax enough to use it on yourself, although it is possible that may improve with practice. So can I suggest you supply more in the way of instructions with the device.

The massage gun does wonders, it works really well and the battery life is incredible. It's perfect for sore muscles and the healing benefits this product can produce is also incredible. I highly recommend this product, for the price it is more than worth it.

Awesome for my mum who suffers from terrible sciatica pain.

I just started using today. It is a bit early but Ione thing I nosedived is that the main ball shaped rubber massage head is firm, perhaps even too firm when using near app near bone areas e.g. knees. I used some otjwr guns and they had softer ball, which I found worked better for me. Is there an option to get softer rubber ball massage head?

Great product, easy to use, not too heavy. Also easy to recharge. The only downsize to this product is the lack of a decent instruction book explaining the different attachments. Otherwise, a great massage device.

This is a fantastic product. It has a wide range of settings from very gentle to very firm and a much better range of heads than most others I have looked at. The battery charge life is very impressive and the construction is sturdy.
